Full Job Description
Relevante werkervaring opdoen en jezelf ontwikkelen tijdens je studie. Bij Deloitte. * De tool vullen met gekwalificeerde zzp’ers en zorgen voor goede screening en tagging. * Collega’s Deloitte benaderen en enthousiasmeren om hun eigen netwerk te laten aanmelden. * Promotieacties en events bedenken en uitvoeren (intern en extern). * Proactieve recruitment via LinkedIn: potentiële zzp’ers benaderen en converteren. * Meedenken over de inrichting en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van de tool. * Referral-acties bedenken en opzetten om instroom te versnellen. ## Qualifications * Hbo of wo-student met affiniteit met recruitment en/of HR. * Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (telefoon & LinkedIn) veel bellen en netwerken is onderdeel van de rol. * Zelfstandig, proactief en commercieel ingesteld. * Recruitment- of saleservaring is een pré, geen harde eis. * Beschikbaar vanaf medio juli/augustus voor 20 uur per week. * Goede beheersing van Nederlands; Engels is een pré. ## Additional Information Je komt te werken bij Deloitte, binnen het Flex Staffing team. We implementeren een direct sourcing tool voor zzp’ers en zoeken per medio juli/augustus een zelfstandige, proactieve werkstudent (20 uur per week) die helpt de tool te vullen en te promoten. Deze direct sourcing tool gaat Deloitte beter in staat stellen om zzp’ers door heel Nederland te bereiken voor de meest complexe projecten. Het is daarom belangrijk dat de zzp’ers die in de tool komen ook gescreend worden door middel van een (interview)gesprek.
