Must Have
Studying ideally with focus Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Economics or related field, Able to work 20h/week or up to 40h/week during lecture-free time, Structured and reliable work approach, Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks, Ability to drive things independently, Good sense for formats and content, Creativity, Willingness to shape events, Willingness to think actively and get involved, No fear of phone calls, Ability to get into conversation quickly, Reliability, Ability to pick up people friendly but firmly, Strong communication skills in German (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Good English skills, First experiences in event area, marketing or with CRM systems
What You'll Do.
Support B2B event implementation for clients
Coordinate with external service providers
Keep track of timelines and open tasks
Support with briefing documents
Assist with event setup
Coordinate invitations for B2B events
Follow up on acceptances
Ensure confirmed participants attend
Actively call invited contacts
and remove hurdles before event
Maintain contact and account data
Help keep monthly reporting clean
