Must Have
1 year resident care experience, High School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Certified Nursing Assistant experience, Caregiver experience, Knowledge of elderly population
What You'll Do.
Assist with medication administration
Maintain medical records
Provide resident care
Respect needs of team members
Document attendance properly
Maintain resident safety
Maintain resident dignity
Maintain resident confidentiality
Escort residents to meals
Escort residents to activities
Ensure residents are clean
Ensure residents are groomed
Ensure residents are safe
Ensure residents are fed
Report change of condition
Document care provided
Attend in-service trainings
Ensure regulatory compliance
Provide basic housekeeping
Provide basic laundry services
Obtain weights of residents
Obtain vitals of residents
Perform staffing scheduling
Oversee staffing scheduling
Assist with phone calls
Schedule appointments for residents
Perform other duties as assigned
