Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value. Our Integrated Well Services team works onsite with our customers to support their well construction projects **Partner with the best** The Wellsite Leader - Integrated Well Services (IWS) will carry out activities within a project or Center of Excellence according to guidelines and processes set out in the IWS Management System. You will work according to international and/or local standards and regulations and customer requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed * Drilling supervisors are in charge of all drilling and completion operation at the field, or extraction site, where they make sure that drilling work is completed * Managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects for customers * Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at wellsite to provide technical knowledge and direction as needed * Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at wellsite * Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university * Have 5 to 10 years of experience as drilling supervisor or Integrated Service * Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others * Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with intern
