What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, 5+ years of experience in completions, workover, well intervention, or related operations, Experience in well design, intervention programs, and/or field operations, Proficient with MS Office, Power BI, and well engineering software tools, English level B2 (intermediate)
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Knowledge or exposure to VCDSE or similar digital engineering platforms, Background in completions and well intervention operations, Experience in workover and well repair activities, Exposure to various well types, Well control awareness, Basic knowledge of geomechanics
