Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, 5+ years of experience in well construction, completions, workover, or intervention operations, Experience in well design, intervention programs, simulations, or field operations, Knowledge or exposure to VCDSE, Proficient in MS Office, Proficient in Power BI, Proficient in well engineering software tools, Minimum English level of B2 (intermediate)
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Experience in completions, workover, and well intervention operations, Exposure to different well types, Well control awareness, Basic knowledge of geomechanics

By combining engineering expertise, digital tools such as VCDSE, and cross-functional collaboration, the team ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of complex well projects aligned with customer and business objectives. **Fuel your passion** The Integrated Solutions Well Engineer is responsible for executing well engineering activities across the full lifecycle of wells, ensuring alignment with the Integrated Solutions Management System, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role plays a key part from concept and tendering stages through planning, execution, and project close-out.
