Must Have
Degree level or a proven record of academic knowledge in mechanical and or materials related subject, HND / NVQ level 4 or EWS / EWT / EWE, Time served welder, Significant experience in welding and erection activities on large projects leading teams of people, Experience in the nuclear or a similarly regulated industries, Understanding of Quality Management Systems, Experience of the application of ISO 9001 standard in a construction, engineering or industrial context
Nice to Have
Sympathetic and observant work presence that gains respect and cooperation of work groups of skilled craftsmen, Proven ability to engage Senior Management and variety of stakeholders, Ability to contribute to the management of a high performing team
