The Opportunity As a Group Leader, you’ll join our Nuclear Services business – our technical centre of excellence, which supports our fleet of nuclear power stations and our nuclear new-build projects. The successful candidate will lead our Welding Metallurgy Group. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of skilled Welding engineers, ensuring the safe, reliable delivery of technical support across nuclear operations and the nuclear new-build projects at Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C. Your leadership will help us contribute to the transition towards An Electric Britain, maintaining strong performance while supporting long-term capability growth. This role can be based at our Gloucester office, or in Glasgow. You’ll balance time on site (2-3 days a week in the office) with flexible working, giving you the space to lead effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
