5+ years of related experience, Familiarity with general best shop practices including PPE and shop safety requirements, Ability to use precision measurement tools and fabricate fixtures for use including non-flight parts with standard alloys and complex geometry, Understanding of 5S, FOD, and ESD awareness, Ability to follow correct packaging and handling requirements for all hardware, Advanced understanding of welding techniques and processes, including MIG, TIG, and Orbital arc welding
