## Responsibilities MIG welding and grinding of stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metals Operating an overhead crane Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures for quality and integrity Working with carbon steel railings and other fabricated components ## Required Qualifications Experience with MIG welding, especially on carbon steel Skilled in using various welding equipment and procedures Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Competence in basic math and geometry Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a dependable, self-driven work ethic ## Preferred Qualifications Professional Welding Certification Experience working with miscellaneous metals Familiarity with stringers for stairs and/or porches
