What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience as a metal fabricator, proficiency in MIG welding (specifically flat parts, tubing, and structural welding), ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical instructions, Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly and perform repetitive tasks/manual dexterity work, Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane
Nice to Have
TIG welding experience is highly preferred, Basic computer navigation and utilization skills, Experience in architectural metals, custom manufacturing, or job-shop environments, Certification in welding or fabrication technology
