What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6 months relevant experience OR High School Diploma, Previous welding experience, Proficient in MIG welding
Nice to Have
Welding/Metal Fabrication certificate, Technical diploma or associate degree, Previous experience constructing large weldments, Blueprint reading skills

Interpret bill of materials
Interpret routing sheets
Handle complex blueprints
Work within precise limits
Set up components for welding
