What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 + years of welding experience OR Technical College certification in Welding, Proficiency in the following welding processes (all positions): SMAW (Stick Welding / Shielded Metal Arc), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc / MIG), FCAW (Flux‑Cored Arc Welding), Ability to read and understand technical and service information, Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, Valid Driver’s License, Ability to meet pre-employment requirements, Ability to obtain a Class CDL with air brakes endorsement
Nice to Have
Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus
What You'll Do.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on garbage containers

Perform compactor repairs and structural welding
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with corporate safety and OSHA standards

In this role, you will perform a variety of hands‑on tasks, with primary responsibilities including **welding, fabrication, container repair, and compactor maintenance**.
