Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and arrange consultations with Visa Consultants. 2. Manage inbound calls, chats, and emails, turning interest into confirmed appointments. 3. Ensure every prospective client receives a positive, professional, and friendly experience. 4. Conduct follow-ups with clients through SMS, email, and phone calls as necessary. 5. Continuously update your knowledge about our services, advertisements, and client materials. 6. Achieve and surpass appointment-setting goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). 7.
