What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Dimploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Very good verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Greek, Previous experience in a similar role

What You'll Do.

Build and maintain a good relationship with our hotel guests

as well as our hotel external guests.

Anticipate guests’ needs

respond promptly and acknowledge all guests by names whenever possible

however busy and whatever time of day.

Liaise with the Front Desk & Guest Services team to provide excellent arrival and departure experience for guests who request or are arranged for receiving curb side check-in

mobile check in and VIP check-in.

Greet arriving guests/visitors; provide guidance and inform Guest Services via HotSOS for room arrival guests.

Bid farewell to departing guests/visitors and invite them to return.

Cooperate with the Security team at the gate

to reassure the quality service of guests and the property’s safety.

Liaise with the Front Desk & Guest Services team; Cooperate with the Security team

Communication Scope

Very good verbal communication skills in English; Proficiency in Greek
