What You'll Do.

Process vehicles and resources efficiently on a daily basis.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records for all resource requirements.

Ensure compliance with the centralised transport plan.

Provide clear instructions to drivers and ensure adherence to procedures outlined in the driver’s folder.

Manage drivers on a day-to-day basis

supporting performance and addressing issues where necessary.

Maintain good industrial relations

including carrying out disciplinary procedures when required.

Ensure company vehicles remain clean and presentable both inside and out.

Conduct site inductions as required.

Follow all relevant IMS procedures in relation to work activities.

Record and support the investigation of customer complaints.

Ensure all drivers’ tachographs are analysed accurately and in a timely manner.
