What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience, Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Nice to Have
Prior home care experience strongly preferred, Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
What You'll Do.
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform assigned duties
including administration of medication
Monitor clients' reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary
Case management and coordination
Accurately document observations
and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, (RN) for a PER DIEM WEEKEND position with our Raleigh/Durham Senior Living office. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis within senior living communities throughout Wake and Durham counties. Home Health/OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED! Weekend on-call schedule is from Friday evening at 5:30pm through Monday morning at 8:30am, for phone triage, admissions, and visits as needed.
