RTX seeks an Operator to join a high-performing team at the heart of an important US government function which helps the nation meet its national security strategy. The selected candidate will be a team member on a high-performing Operations and Sustainment team, embedded on-site, with customer presence, for a system considered mission critical by the government. The team is responsible for successful 24x7 operations of the system, with very detailed assistance to additional parts of the system. This position is expected to be a weekend overnight position (6:00pm - 6:00am) with two 8 hour overnight shifts during the week, depending on schedule, after initial training period with commensurate shift differential.
