As a Website Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in the development, optimization, and maintenance of Axi's digital ecosystem, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and exceptional user experiences across all web properties. Working closely with the Head of Digital Strategy and Head of Performance, you will lead the technical direction of our web platforms while remaining hands-on in development. This role combines technical leadership with people management, requiring you to mentor and support a team of front-end developers while driving the delivery of innovative, scalable, and high-performing web solutions. You will be responsible for championing modern development practices, shaping the web technology roadmap, and ensuring our websites continue to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for our global audience. Your EDGE assignment / You will: Technical Leadership & Development Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Next.js and Strapi, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, maintainability, and user experience. • Contribute to and help shape the web application roadmap, advocating modern development standards, architectural best practices, and testing methodologies. • Design and implement scalable front-end architectures using Next.js, leveraging Server-Side Rendering (SSR), S
