Our Values and Leadership Behaviors About the Role We are looking for a Website Manager to own and accelerate the performance of our digital properties—ecoATM and Gazelle—both built on Shopify. This is an individual contributor (IC) role that reports directly to the VP of Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical execution with marketing intuition. You’ll be responsible for building and launching website experiences while also driving a culture of testing, learning, and continuous optimization. We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, troubleshoot independently, and bring new ideas to improve performance. What You’ll Do Website Execution leaning into AI site development tools Strong ability to take designs (Figma specifically) and implement them accurately in a CMS Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely or similar) Working knowledge of Google Analytics, tagging, and tracking setup Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues independently Familiarity and basic knowledge of Javascript and CSS Minds
