This is primarily a building role with a strong design sensibility — someone who can take a project from concept (or a designer's mockup, or a client's brand guidelines) to a polished, high-performing live site. You'll own website creation, theme customization, and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of sites built on WordPress and Webflow. Deep expertise in one of the two is a great starting point, with willingness to grow into the other. You'll work primarily within themes and visual editors rather than writing custom code from scratch, though comfort with HTML/CSS to fine-tune and troubleshoot is essential. This is an ideal role for a mid-level web developer/designer who takes pride in craft, builds with performance and SEO in mind, and can juggle both new builds and recurring
