This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about crafting visually compelling, user-centric digital experiences and understands how motion can enhance engagement and storytelling across web interfaces. As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for designing modern, responsive websites that combine exceptional user interface design with purposeful motion elements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into intuitive and aesthetically engaging web experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, motion design, and proficiency in Figma. **Requirements** ### Key Responsibilities * Design high-quality website interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. * Develop motion concepts and micro-interactions that enhance usability, storytelling, and user engagement. * Design responsive web experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and animations. * Work closely with marketing and content teams to create landing pages, campaign websites, and digital experiences. * Conduct design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and user insights. * Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and UI standards. * Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, motion graphics, user experience, and digital interactions. * Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints. ### Required Skills ### Must-Have Skills *
