## Accountabilities Administer and maintain WebMethods platform components including Integration Server, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, My WebMethods Server, and related modules. Ensure platform stability, high availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning across development, QA, UAT, and production environments. Manage infrastructure operations including server provisioning, patching, upgrades, hotfixes, and lifecycle management activities. Support incident and problem management as L3 support, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution of critical production issues. Monitor system health using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools to ensure proactive detection and resolution of performance issues. Handle security and access management, including user roles, SSL certificates, authentication mechanisms, and compliance requirements. Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues involving networks, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and external integrations. Lead or support platform migration, modernization, and disaster recovery initiatives, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational standards, documentation, and best practices for platform governance. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in WebMethods platform administration in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Integration Server, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, and My WebMethods Server. Solid experience in Linux and Windows Server administration. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and load balancing. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance optimization of middleware systems. Experience managing upgrades, patching, migrations, and disaster recovery processes. Familiarity with monitoring tools and enterprise observability platforms. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD pi
