Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Own the end-to-end execution of webinar programs, including registration setup, landing pages, email campaigns, and post-event workflows. Build and manage marketing operations infrastructure in HubSpot and Webflow, ensuring accurate tracking and seamless data flow. Design and execute email marketing programs including invites, reminders, follow-ups, and long-term nurture sequences. Transform webinar content into scalable assets such as blogs, on-demand pages, SEO content, and multi-channel marketing materials. Analyze performance data to optimize webinar attendance, engagement, and conversion into pipeline opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align webinar strategy with broader demand generation goals. Continuously test and improve messaging, workflows, and content performance using data-driven insights. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, content marketing, or a hybrid B2B SaaS marketing role. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (emails, workflows, lists, reporting) and Webflow (landing pages and site updates). Experience managing webinars end-to-end, including registration setup, attendee tracking, and on-demand conversion. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across email, landing pages, and long-form content. Working knowledge of SEO and AEO principles, including keyword research and AI-search optimization. Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar platforms. Ability to use LLM tools (e.g., Claude or equivalent) to enhance content production and workflow efficiency. Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning a full program with minimal supervision.
