Role Description We are looking for a skilled Webflow Front-End Developer to join our creative team and help us build high-quality, visually polished, and scalable websites. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and project stakeholders to bring digital experiences to life in Webflow. The ideal candidate combines strong technical front-end skills with a good eye for design, interaction, responsiveness, and user experience. This role is perfect for someone who feels comfortable owning Webflow builds from concept to launch, can translate Figma designs into clean, responsive websites, and understands how to balance creative ambition with performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Your tasks would be... * Build responsive, high-quality websites and landing pages in Webflow, including static pages and CMS-driven pages. * Translate Figma designs into accurate, scalable, and maintainable Webflow implementations. * Create reusable components, CMS structures, page templates, and design systems to support efficient website production. * Implement animations and interactions while maintaining strong performance, usability, and accessibility. * Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical feasibility, and improve UX where needed. * Ensure websites are optimized for page speed, basic technical SEO, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. * Debug layout, interaction, CMS, and integration issues, and perform routine website maintenance and performance optimizations. * Support on-site SEO and AEO implementation, including semantic page structure, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and content discoverability. * Stay up to date with Webflow capabilities, front-end best practices, emerging technologies, and web design trends. ## Requirements You will fit well, when… * You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, or a related field. * You have experience work
