TS/SCI w/Poly clearance, On-Site in Annapolis Junction, MD, Saturday - Tuesday 6am-4pm shift, Mission essential, Work on holidays when required, US Citizenship Required, Less than 10% travel

Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance, 3+ years of related experience, Associates of Arts/Associates of Science, IAT Level 1 certificate (within 6 months), US Citizenship Required

What You'll Do.

Provide Web Queue Helpdesk support

Respond to IT Service Requests

Provide user notification

Log and track inquiries

Categorize and route customer requests
