This includes printing jobs involving solids, tints, halftones, and critical color matching while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards. Responsibilities: Set up and operate single or multi-color offset presses according to job specifications Review job tickets and determine proper press setup and color requirements Perform make-readies including hanging plates, installing cylinders, adjusting registration, and prepping blankets Monitor print quality, ink density, registration, and overall press performance Make color corrections and press adjustments during production runs Inspect plates and cylinders for defects and proper image alignment Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance Clean, lubricate, and maintain press equipment Work closely with production teams to ensure schedules and quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Offset printing experience preferred Strong understanding of press setup, registration, and color control Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to read and interpret job specifications Ability to use measurement tools and per
