Web&DigitalCoordinator

The Web & Digital Coordinator helps create seamless digital experiences that support the mission of Village Church. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the church's web presence, supporting staff with digital tools and systems, and developing resources that help teams work effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed. They enjoy solving problems, creating clear processes, and using technology to remove barriers so ministry can thrive. ### Key Responsibilities ### Website & Digital Content * Manage and maintain Village Church's website and digital platforms. * Publish and update web content, graphics, and digital resources. * Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with Village Church's mission and brand. ### Digital Systems & Staff Support * Build and maintain Asana projects, templates, and workflows. * Create documentation, training resources, and self-serve tools that support staff and ministry teams. * Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 technology support requests and coordinate issue resolution. ### Team & Ministry Support * Help recruit, equip, and support volunteers serving in digital roles. * Contribute to Digital Services projects and strategic initiatives. * Participate in church-wide events and ministry activities as needed. ### What Success Looks Like ### Gospel * Ensure the church's digital presence clearly communicates the Gospel and supports the mission of developing fully devoted followers of Christ. * Create online experiences that help people take meaningful next steps in their faith journey. ### Community * Equip staff and volunteers with tools, systems, and training that increase confidence and effectiveness. * Reduce friction through clear processes and accessible resources, allowing ministry teams to focus on people. ### Culture * Maintain digital experiences that reflect excellence, intentionality, and hospitality. * Support outreach ef
