Must Have
1–3 years experience working at an E-commerce business on Shopify Plus or similar platform, knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), knowledge of core web APIs, Experience with Shopify theme development, Experience with Liquid, Experience with Shopify CLI, Proficiency with SCSS, Proficiency with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack, npm), Ability to translate Figma design specifications into high-fidelity, performant front-end code, knowledge of Git/GitHub including branching workflows and code review, Experience with custom Shopify apps, Experience with extensions, Experience with functions, Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), Experience with MarTech integrations such as Klaviyo or similar platforms, Comfortable consuming GraphQL APIs, Comfortable consuming REST APIs, creative problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code, written communication skills, verbal communication skills, Understanding of e-commerce best practices including CVR optimization, Understanding of e-commerce best practices including A testing, Understanding of e-commerce best practices including UX design, Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with latest trends in web development and ecommerce, Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows and improve code quality
