Must Have
Post-secondary education in Web Development (ex. DMIT), Information Technology, Writing, Communications, Business, Library and Information Studies, or other relevant fields. Ability to learn, utilize, and troubleshoot various types of CMS platforms. Logical thinking skills, with the ability to apply structured reasoning within systems and tools. Ability to identify opportunities and suggest new ideas. Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact business objectives. Attention to detail, including a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality when working across complex systems and content. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows, troubleshoot problems, and improve quality of outputs, while maintaining independent judgment. Ability recognizing system constraints and working with cross-functional teams to improve workflows or functionality.

Position Overview: LawDepot is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Web Developer I in Edmonton, Alberta. As a part of our UX Optimization team, you will play a hands-on role in migrating and implementing interactive web products used by more than 25 million people annually. From shaping questionnaire content to publishing updates through our Content Management System (CMS) tools, you will ensure our products are engaging, high quality, and easy to use. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.
