Full Job Description
## Description We're seeking a full-time Web Designer & Motion Artist passionate about crafting compelling visual experiences that drive growth. You'll be at the center of scaling our marketing website - building out a high volume of SEO landing pages, product pages, partnership pages, conference pages, and solution pages tailored to different customer segments. Motion design and visual storytelling will be core to how you communicate product value and move people to act. Ideal candidates have a strong eye for layout and brand consistency, a motion design toolkit they're proud of, and the ability to execute at pace without sacrificing quality. (📍 Taipei-based only) To apply, please share your portfolio (and any access credentials) highlighting marketing or web design work, motion samples, and your end-to-end process. ## Your responsibilities will include Deeply understanding our products and translating complex product value into compelling, high-quality marketing experiences. Creating engaging web experiences enhanced by polished motion design and visual storytelling to communicate product benefits, improve user engagement, and strengthen our brand presence. Designing and building a wide range of web and marketing experiences, including: SEO landing pages for different medical specialties Partnership and white-label pages PE, Pharma, and Conference marketing pages Solution pages for different customer segments (Small Practices, Group Practices, and Hospitals) Product feature and solution pages ## Required Qualifications 3+ years of Motion Design / Motion Graphics experience Strong Motion Design skills Strong Visual Design skills Experience designing marketing websites and landing pages Proficiency in Figma Strong understanding of web experiences and user engagement Proficiency sufficient in English to independently collaborate with US-based teams, participate in meetings, present design work, and communicate cross-functionally Comfortable working in a fast-paced
