What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience. Experience managing websites or digital platforms. Demonstrated experience managing a Content Management System (CMS) and maintaining multi-site web environments. Understanding of user experience (UX), information architecture, and web content structure. Working knowledge of SEO, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and website performance optimization. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. Capacity to excel in collaborative, cross-functional environments while maintaining self-direction.

Nice to Have

Experience managing complex or decentralized web ecosystems with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with Conductor or similar SEO platforms. Experience leading website redesigns or large-scale web projects. Understanding of governance models and change management in digital environments. Familiarity with the University of Notre Dame's web ecosystem, brand standards, and technical resources.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with institute and center communicators, the University's central web team, and external vendors. Effectively navigate and collaborate with central University partners and decentralized institute stakeholders. Drive adoption of web standards and best practices across stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
