Role Summary The Web Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, optimization, and security of the organization’s websites and digital platforms. The role ensures websites remain functional, secure, up-to-date, and aligned with business and user experience objectives. The successful candidate will oversee website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, manage content updates, support SEO and analytics reporting, and collaborate closely with developers, designers, and content teams to deliver seamless digital experiences across platforms. Key Responsibilities Website Management & Maintenance Manage and maintain company websites and digital platforms to ensure optimal functionality, uptime, and user experience. Perform regular website updates including content uploads, page creation, media updates, and structural improvements. Manage CMS platforms including plugin, theme, and module updates while ensuring compatibility and stability. Monitor website health, performance, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Conduct regular backups and recovery testing to ensure business continuity. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website-related technical issues including broken links, page errors, performance issues, and system bugs. Support deployment and testing of website enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities.
