12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Rotating 3/2/2 schedule, Industrial textile manufacturing environment, Exposure to weaving equipment and manufacturing noise, Extended standing and walking throughout production areas, Fast-paced production setting requiring hands-on leadership
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous supervisory experience in textile manufacturing required, Ability to work with both older and newer weaving technologies, Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
weave room experience preferred, Experience with Toyota loom systems strongly preferred, Stable work history and attendance record preferred
What You'll Do.
Supervise and support weave room operations during the night shift
Lead production teams to ensure safety
and production targets are achieved
Monitor loom performance
Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues within the weaving department
and production priorities across the shift
Support employee training
and performance management
Maintain compliance with safety policies and manufacturing procedures
Work closely with maintenance and production management teams to minimize downtime
Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to customer specifications
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
