Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Provide end-to-end financial advisory support by developing and presenting investment strategies and financial plans tailored to client goals and risk profiles. Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio, ensuring consistent engagement, proactive communication, and high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance on portfolio construction, investment suitability, and long-term financial planning. Deliver a high-touch client experience by coordinating onboarding, responding to inquiries, and ensuring seamless service delivery in collaboration with internal teams. Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through education on investment products, services, and portfolio optimization strategies. Collaborate with operations, portfolio services, and investment teams to ensure accurate execution of client strategies and solutions. Support business growth by increasing client penetration and encouraging long-term asset growth within the advisory book. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the financial services or wealth management industry. University degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, and financial planning principles. Valid registration/licensing to operate as a financial advisor (e.g., Registered Representative) and ability to sell securities and mutual funds in Canada. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is required. Strong familiarity with financial planning tools and portfolio management software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and tailor advice to individual client needs. Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal functions. CFP, PFP, or CFA progress is considered an asset. Benefits: Competitive total
