What You'll Achieve.
Proactively identifies and executes growth opportunities within existing client relationships, drives increased wallet share through strategic cross-selling and relationship deepening initiatives.; Drives complex acquisition strategies for “One Client” delivery through partnerships with Retail, Commercial and Capital Markets.; Develops and executes the business development strategy, sales targets and the sales results for the assigned region.; Ensures timely execution of transactions and requests.; Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.; Leads the execution of operational assesses and adapts as needed to ensure quality of execution.; Delivers on business and financial goals.

Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.; Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine.

Must Have
7+ years of relevant experience, post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience dealing with HNW clients, Broad knowledge of all facets of wealth management, In-depth / expert knowledge of Bank products, services and capabilities, Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge
Nice to Have
MBA certification, Certified Financial Planner
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary relationship manager for HNW/UHNW clients
Deliver comprehensive wealth management experience
and financial planning
Combine credit/lending with investment/planning expertise
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for client solutions
Identify and execute growth opportunities in existing relationships
Drive acquisition strategies through partnerships
Develop and execute business development strategy
Develop internal and external networks for business growth
Enhance marketplace presence with experts
Act as primary Relationship Manager for assigned clients
Lead creation of business proposals/presentations
Lead Annual Client Review with team
Produce client reports demonstrating value
Ensure timely execution of transactions
Make recommendations on strategy and initiatives
Act as subject matter expert on regulations/policies
Network with industry contacts for insights
Share wealth solutions expertise and product knowledge
Manage resources and lead strategic initiatives
Act as prime subject matter expert for stakeholders

Team & Collaboration
Coordinates multi-disciplinary teams to craft and execute creative solutions for the client.; Enhances presence in the marketplace by collaborating with other experts (e.g. internal team, outside attorneys, accountants) to create integrated business development plan.; Leads / assists with creation business proposals or presentations (e.g. relationship plans, financial plans and reviews); Leads Annual Client Review with team members to evaluate changing needs, increase communication with client, and implement the client experience.; Shares wealth solutions expertise and product knowledge across regional team.; Collaborates with internal specialists for tax, trust and insurance solutions to deliver holistic advice.; Serves as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Process & Methodology
Builds change management plans of varying scope and leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
