What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in financial advisory services, Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, Series 65 or CFP required
Nice to Have
CFA, CFP, or CPA designation strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Providing comprehensive support to high-net-worth clients
Serving as the firm’s primary point of contact for a select group of clients
Introducing new business development opportunities
Managing client relationships
Providing sound financial planning advice and counsel
Growing Waverly’s business
Developing and managing existing client relationships
Ongoing client contact and communications
Developing new business and networking opportunities
Implementing financial plans for clients
insurance and tax strategies
Incorporating clients’ investment strategies with their planning objectives
Communicating to Waverly Client Service Associates and Investment Analysts
Performing actions related to client accounts
Monitoring clients’ asset allocations
Rebalancing of portfolios
Monitoring trade recommendations

The Wealth Advisor is an essential part of the Waverly Advisors team, providing comprehensive support to our high-net-worth clients. The Wealth Advisor serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for a select group of clients and is instrumental in introducing new business development opportunities to the firm. In this critically important role, you will manage client relationships, providing sound financial planning advice and counsel and work closely with all members of the Waverly team to exceed client expectations. You will be expected to help grow Waverly’s business through the efficient use of your time with clients, prospective clients, centers of influence and community involvement, making an invaluable contribution to our firm. A successful candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members, critical attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Organizational skills, resiliency, flexibility, promptness and the ability to anticipate needs are necessary in all tasks and responsibilities. Wealth Advisor Responsibilities: Builds a strong understanding of Waverly’s investment philosophy and ongoing general market outlook, portfolio construction and management, goals-based financial planning, alongside estate, tax and philanthropic planning considerations.
