What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum of 7 years' sales experience in the financial services industry, minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the high net worth and ultra high net worth client segment, Proven track record of implementing wealth management strategies, meeting and maintaining registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act
Nice to Have
Securities licensing, CFP, CTFA, CPA designation, MBA (Master’s degree in Business Administration) or JD (Juris Doctor)

assessing client's current financial situation
prioritizing short term and long term needs of the client
development of sales strategies to grow client base
promoting and selling the full array of financial services
managing pipeline and activities to assure appropriate number of prospect opportunities
implementing and delivering specific solutions
managing and reviewing the relationship on an ongoing basis
adhering to applicable compliance/operational risk controls
maintaining M&T internal control standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Leads the client relationship team; Work closely with Client Managers, Custom Credit, Investment Advisors and Trust Officers; Coordinates team communication and activities; Recommend ideas, suggestions and alternative wealth solutions by utilizing a team of specialists; Leads client relationship review discussion with committee
