Previous experience in aquatic facilities, water parks, swimming instruction, or guest operations, CPR, First Aid, and water rescue certifications
What You'll Do.
Oversee wave pool activities
provide excellent customer service
monitor pool operations
enforce safety regulations

Conduct safety briefings and explain wave pool guidelines
Monitor swimmers and pool conditions continuously to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies
Assist guests entering and exiting the wave pool safely
and safety restrictions as per park policies
Respond quickly and effectively to incidents
Perform routine inspections of wave pool areas
Coordinate with lifeguards
and maintenance teams
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks and guest areas
and daily operational reports
Support special events
