Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Professional Engineer (P. E. ) license in Virginia and North Carolina, 6–10 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater treatment design, Proficiency in engineering software, Proficiency in modeling tools, Proficiency in CADD, Ability to perform engineering calculations, Ability to prepare technical specifications, Experience developing construction cost estimates
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Assoc. DBIA Certification preferred, Ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months, Experience with EnviroSim’s BioWin wastewater modeling software
