E. ) license in North Carolina and Virginia, 6–10 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater treatment design, Proficiency in engineering software, Proficiency in modeling tools, Proficiency in CADD, Ability to perform engineering calculations, Ability to prepare technical specifications, Experience developing construction cost estimates
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Assoc. DBIA Certification, Experience with EnviroSim’s BioWin wastewater modeling software, Ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months
