What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of sales experience in Industrial Water Treatment, Proven effectiveness in identifying leads, prospecting, closing new projects, and delivering effective presentations, Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships, High achievement driven to perform and grow, Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, consultation, negotiation, problem-resolution, and interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and in English, Ability to understand new product lines and utilize knowledge to present to customers, Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Demonstrated sales and territory management skills, Ability to travel for different trade shows & other activities, Ability to perform technical/mechanical on-site testing, Candidates should currently reside within the great Montreal area

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business field preferred

Maintain and develop the Industrial Water Treatment business

Grow and maintain business in the region

Develop long-term relationships with customers

Create new business growth through generating leads

building relationships and prospecting

Manage key accounts of mid-sized and large accounts

Remain informed about market trends

competitor offerings and industry developments

Thoroughly understand the products or services being sold

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions

value-added selling process

Track all sales activities

generating reports and analyzing sales data

Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements

Achieve sales targets

Effectively achieve individual and teams’ sales goals

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work as part of the sales and growth team; Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) technical team to develop selling opportunities and account management; Effectively communicate customer needs and requirements to all functional areas of the company

Communication Scope

Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and in English
