Eligibility Requirements

Frequent walking and pushing/pulling carts, Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, Work in fast-paced manufacturing environment

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Ability to use logs, tags, and basic inventory tools, Ability to handle PIT/cart certification if required, Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Nice to Have

Manufacturing/material handling experience preferred, urgency, sequencing, and organizational skills, Effective communication with QA, Leads, and operators

What You'll Do.

Maintain continuous material flow and line readiness across glass

and screen operations

Ensure the right materials are at the right place at the right time

Manage carts and tags

Fill line-side Kanban

Stage correct glass carts for HM and Erdman

Maintain two empty IGU carts at HM and Erdman offload

Remove full distribute patched IGUs

Ensure vinyl lines have correct full IGU carts on

Verify remake/patch carts for sliders

Retrieve empty IGU and screen return to glass or cart return area

Deliver specified glass to QA

Monitor truck glass request

Deliver and annotate deliveries

Collect remake tags and truck

Deliver to correct locations

Fill line-side Kanban from Kanban rack

Collect materials requisitions and place in Materials inbox

Maintain 5S standards and workstation organization

Receive and inspect incoming tempered glass

Sort and deliver glass for remove empty harp carts

Stage glass for Intercept and Ultracept lines in sequence

Receive and inspect incoming screens

Deliver screens to remove empty carts

Move completed harp carts to Edge Delete tables

Stage carts in batch sequence

Swap empty drums on extruder pumps

Move full IG carts to stage empties at offloads

Pre-cut and stage bead by batch and color

Receive and stage screens and glass in sequence

Return empty screen and IG carts

Inventory supermarket and order restock

Maintain hardware storage and remake inventory

Order and receive remake glass

Stage balancers in sequence

Monitor empty IGU cart

Notify Leads if below six

Check Opt 3 for completed move to deleter

Consolidate partial IGU slot remakes

Check Hegla requisition and book new inventory

Monitor door and precut request replenishment

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Provide relief coverage for associates to avoid bottlenecks; Assist with end-of-line inspection quality checks; Train and mentor associates; Collaborate with Leads and Supervisors to resolve issues; Support a respectful workplace
