Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, Minimum 8-10 years of experience in water systems management, mechanical systems design, or industrial engineering with focus on water infrastructure, Proven experience in water treatment plant operations, RO systems management, and sewage treatment plant oversight, Demonstrated expertise in mechanical systems design and optimization related to water infrastructure, Experience with regulatory compliance in water quality standards and environmental regulations, Track record of leading technical teams and training program development

Nice to Have

Relevant certifications in water treatment, wastewater management, or environmental systems management, Experience with large-scale facility management or industrial water systems, Background in sustainability initiatives and water conservation programs, Experience with landlord-tenant facility management structures

Serve as primary water management SME
