20+ years of experience, 5+ wastewater treatment facility designs, B. S. Degree in Engineering, Registered Professional Engineer California
Nice to Have
M. S. Degree preferred, ability to apply for reciprocity within 6 months of hire
What You'll Do.
Provide technical leadership on wastewater projects
Lead and grow the West Region Wastewater Team
Lead multi-discipline project teams
Identify emerging opportunities
Contribute to firm’s long-term technical leadership strategy
Build and strengthen client relationships
Contribute to business development efforts
Support strategic pursuits
Review and oversee technical deliverables
Manage financial and technical project delivery
Serve as technical resource for complex processes
Provide process expertise
Prepare and deliver presentations
Participate in committees
Participate in external leadership opportunities
Partner with project managers
Partner with client managers
Provide input on design guidelines
Provide input on technical standards
