40-Hour HAZWOPER Training or ability to pass class upon hire, Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail, Ability to prioritize, stay focused, and manage multiple tasks effectively, Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, operators, and drivers, Ability to exercise independent judgment in responding to plant issues and to coordinate with other operators and supervisors to maintain compliance and reliability

Monitor effluent to maintain compliance
Adjust treatment regimen as needed
Oversee monitoring of inbound waste loads
Verify inbound parameters
Direct drivers to follow site safety procedures
Address treatment promptly
Report equipment malfunctions
Report compliance concerns
Record daily system readings
Maintain accurate system records
Review equipment maintenance records
Review repair records
Escalate issues as needed
Review logs of waste received
Review logs of waste shipped
Perform routine laboratory sampling
Perform housekeeping tasks
Perform grounds tasks
Maintain a safe work environment
Perform other related duties
