What You'll Do.
Oversee consolidation and operation of all wastes
Ensure customer orders are safely and accurately processed
Ensure operations maintain compliance with regulations
Communicate with internal and external teams

Under the general guidance of the On-Site Project Manager, the Waste Processing Supervisor will oversee the consolidation and operation of all wastes received which can include hazardous, non-hazardous, universal wastes and off-spec products. The Waste Processing Supervisor will ensure that customer orders are safely and accurately processed on time and according to all internal procedures. Additionally, the Waste Processing Supervisor will ensure all operations maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and customer requirements. They will communicate effectively with internal and external teams, departments, customers and vendors to achieve operational goals. The Waste Processing Supervisor will hire, train, develop, and manage the performance of their staff to attain a cohesive, motivated team.
