Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Specialist in Claremont, Cape Town to join their team. We encourage a diverse range of candidates to apply. • Perform research on warranties concerns, prepare / customise warranty papers for work. • Review all warranty claims, administer and submit for warranty approval. • Monitor repair order completion for authorisation as per warranty requirement. • Monitor all customer inquiries and requests on warranty issues. • Communicate to all aftersales staff all warranty programs and bulletins in a timely manner • Ensure compliance to all warranty specifications. • Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings. • Manage all warranty claim submission, resubmit claims if required and ensure appropriate action is completed. • Prepare documents for all warranty audits as per OEM recommendation • Manage and upkeep of a warranty parts store in line with OEM manufacturers specification • Maintain records of customer details and warrantor references. ## Qualifications • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry • Work experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk or Technical background in the motor industry • DMS experience (Automate,Evolve,ADP/kerridge) will be an advantage • Ford Experience Preferred ## Additional Information MSX is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, neurodiversity or other personal characteristics and backgrounds, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, or marital and parental status.
