What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 to 5 years of working experience as a service technician for similar window and door manufacturers, Valid class 5 driver's license, Clean driver's abstract, Able to work in all inclement weather conditions, Able to work off ladders and scaffolding
Nice to Have
Glass glazing experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Complete all service requests in assigned territory
Perform field repairs
Perform glass replacements
Perform operational adjustments
Conduct field evaluations
Provide documentation on work performed
Review daily schedule with Service Scheduler
Confirm appointments with customers
Provide feedback on service requests
Document requirements for follow-up appointments
Assist in scheduling follow-up appointments
Provide technical feedback
Document information regarding operational deficiencies
Document information regarding design deficiencies
Provide recommendations for modifications
Operate service Van/truck safely
Maintain parts inventory in assigned service vehicle
Monitor supply levels of parts
Restock parts as needed
