Prepare warranty repair orders
Return improperly completed repair orders
Determine and enter labor codes
Book technician hours
Check repair orders against service history
Process all warranty claims
Review and process returned claims
Contact warranty claims representative
Maintain record of claims
Administer manufacturer policies
Establish relationships with representatives
Report abuse of warranty claims
Monitor use of special warranty programs
Ensure deductibles are documented
Maintain record of parts inventory
Provide daily report to Service Manager
Arrive and depart from work
Report safety concerns
Back-up service cashier
